Maintenance Fitter – 24/7 rotating shift work

Reporting to Workshop Supervisor, this role is responsible for providing effective support in the maintenance and repair of the production line, ensuring the achievement of factory production targets.
What you’ll be working on
- Providing mechanical and preventative maintenance
- Breakdowns, inspections and identifying root causes and rectifying to limit production downtime
- Assisting with some production duties as required
- Reporting quality issues to ensure our products maintain high standards
- Adhering to safe work practices and take steps to identify hazards and report incidents
What you’ll bring
- Strong safety mindset
- Mechanical Fitter trade (Trade Cert 3 or above)
- A current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
- Effective communicating and strong team player skills
- Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or production
- Previous skills in hazard identification

2x day shift
