About this OpportunityYou will be leading and coaching your team and managing their day to day performance and development to ensure all production objectives are achieved. Communication will be key to planning and assisting with the resolution of production problems to ensure a continuous flow of quality product
About you:- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive, under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Certificate IV in Food Processing preferred
