Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management whilst on shift working closely with our amazing restaurant manager
Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will promote Subway® brand awareness and be a brand ambassador.
We are currently looking for a Shift Supervisor to help Lead our Brand new team at Subway Gold Coast University Hospital
Responsibilities
- Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program
- Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules.
- Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales
- Maintain business records
Skills required:
- Leadership experience
- Experience in hospitality
