TheRoleTipplers Seafood is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced individual tojoin our team as a Shop Manager (Taringa) on permanent basis. The PersonThe successful applicant will be asked to immerse themselves in TipplersTaringa shop with a strong focus and commitment to building shop’s professionalstanding in unison with our strong community and its many stakeholders. Therole requires a person with high emotional intelligence and strongcommunication skills and a focus on fostering positive relationships across allcomponents of the shop. The role suits a person who enjoys a challenge and canmanage multiple tasks and agendas concurrently to take Tipplers to the nextlevel. The role involves hard work, but the rewards will be fulfilling for bothyou and the shop. The role requires reliabilityfrom the successful applicant that is second to none.

Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-dayoperations of the shop, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence tohigh-quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the shop team.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 

Customer Service: Uphold Tipplers' commitment toexceptional customer service. Interact with customers, address concerns, andensure a positive dining experience. 

Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels for dailyoperations. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a consistent supply of freshand high-quality seafood. 

Quality Control: Implement and maintain qualitycontrol procedures to guarantee that all dishes meet Tipplers' standards.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. 

Menu Implementation: Work closely with the management toensure the successful execution of the menu. Introduce new items and specialsin line with customer preferences and market trends. 

Cost Management: Assist in budgeting and costcontrol. Identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality. 

Staff Training and Development: Trainstaff members to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of proficiency intheir respective roles. 

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the management toimplement promotional activities, events, and other initiatives to drive foottraffic and increase sales. 

Qualifications:(Only Australian Permanent residents and Citizens will be considered for the role)

·         - Proven experience of 2-3 years in a supervisor/ managerialrole within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

·         - Strong English-speaking skills

·         - Strong leadership and team management skills.

·       -   Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

·        -  Knowledge of seafood and modern food trends(desirable)

·      -    Understanding of food safety regulations and qualitycontrol procedures (Certificate III/ Certificate IV in hospitality is must)

·         - Proficient in inventory management
