What will your workday look like?
- Creating happy and outstanding customer experiences;
- Leading a team within a busy, fast-paced and fun hospitality environment;
- Selecting applicants, conducting trials, hiring and taking care of the shop’s weekly roster;
- Engaging with customers and working well with the team;
- Preparing our delicious and beautiful Açaí Bowls and smoothies;
- Ensuring operation is running smoothly (food preparation, stock, service etc);
- Inventory count, ordering and management;
- Being responsible for major cashier duties.
Some things you need to know…
- Our trading hours will be around 8am till 6pm Monday - Sunday
- The more flexible you are the better! Our hours are flexible too ;)
You’ll take ownership of the general running of the shop and will love the role if you are an enthusiastic leader with exceeding customer service and communications skills and, of course, have a fun vibe.
