Together, the Showroom Consultant team is responsible for project managing 190 orders, consulting with new and repeat customers who are beginning new window furnishing projects, liaising with suppliers, maintaining the showroom (in terms of sampling, displays, and product information), general administrative duties, and problem solving difficulties that arise within projects.
We are recruiting a motivated and skilled Showroom Consultant who will be responsible for growing and developing the business, as well as maintaining our quality standard. We are seeking an energetic, articulate communicator with strong administrative and people’s skills. In addition, the administrative part of this role will have a focus on scheduling and being in charge of our Installations Calendar on a daily basis.
You will need to have a very strong customer focus and the ability to identify clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualification of potential customers on the floor and over the phone
- Schedule measure & quote appointments for Sales Consultants
- Provide quality window furnishing information to all existing & potential clients
- Daily preparation of installer(s) run sheets
- Data entry on any order related information into CRM System (Salesforce)
- Pre-book appointments of existing orders
- Following up on installation outcomes
- Deal with conflict resolution
- Receiving and inspecting goods / products
- General maintenance of quality Showroom & Storeroom
