Seeking a Property / Maintenance Administrator to join a team in Cockburn on a short-term contract

Our government client based in Cockburn are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join the team immediately, working on a short-term contract.
Your new role
As the Property Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the team with:
- Processing and managing invoices
- Managing general correspondence on behalf of the team around property and maintenance related matters
- Attending and contributing to team meetings, reporting on facilities and maintenance issues
- Preparing reports and documents for team meetings
- General data entry and record keeping tasks
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a property, facilities or maintenance space (ideal)
- Experience in processing and managing invoices
- The ability to start immediately following a successful interview
- The ability to provide a National Police Clearance if successful in the role
