Timetabling Coordinator Your new company HAYS is partnering with a well-renowned organisation within the education sector is looking for their new Timetabling Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. Your new role As the Timetabling Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering the Academic and Examination timetable across all campuses. Your day-to-day duties include but are not limited too;
Lead a team of direct reports to develop and implement timetables based on established principles
Maintain data integrity for class allocation applications and systems
Monitor class sizes and optimise seating availability for on-campus teaching activities
Provide ongoing training and support to direct reports and faculty/staff involved in timetabling
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you are someone who has the following experience/qualities:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience in tertiary or other educational settings
Familiarity with timetabling databases or student management systems
Strong organisational and time management skills
Collaborative mindset across multifunctional teams
