Ideally, you will have knowhow in flooring sales or a measure to order product industry, but also keen to hear from fast learners who have the right attitude, energy, and commitment to contribute to the continued success of the company. About YouConfident, friendly, easy going, and able to talk professionally to the customer
Flooring experience ideal, or some form of construction – building knowledge
Sales experience not necessary; we can teach you if you are the right fit
Solid skills in computer and administration tasks
Basic Maths is helpful, but the ability or willingness to operate a tape measure is a must
Be able to work to deadlines – and follow through completely with tasks and quotes.Experience quoting or estimating is a nice to have
Reliable, punctual, sense of responsibility for the job
The ability to work a rostered Saturday per month
