Form of work Novaskill is a Registered Training and Group Training Organisation (RTO & GTO) which means we offer a wide range of Vocational Education and Training pathways to our communities. Our footprint is established with 8 office locations from the Gold Coast all the way down to Central Coast in NSW. This role is a rewarding opportunity to engage with local businesses, job seekers, high schools, and employment providers to connect people to quality learning and employment outcomes. You will play an important role in building connections and closing sales that allow our community members to hit the ground running with all that Novaskill has to offer. Duties Include but are not limited to: The promotion and sign up of new learners into a range of training programs options (traineeships, self-paced learning, funding programs, classroom training) Servicing of existing work-based clients to secure and nurture ongoing business. Engagement in local events and activities such as careers days, try-a-trade events, and business networking. Working collaboratively with local network connections to fill programs that engage learners and lead to employment outcomes. About You: Highly motivated, organised and problem-solving individual Passionate about vocational education and the effect it can have on people’s lives Can work with Government funded programs with multiple parties and learn to love the paperwork! Excited to work closely with our community members as both part of a team, and independently. Be trusted to spend your days out and about, signing up learners and building program networks. Ideally, you’ve worked in the vocational education sector before, but if you can demonstrate a genuine passion for working in this sector, we want to hear from you.
