Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face furniture sales within the Brighton showroom, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in finding the right furniture based on their preferences and needs.
- Contribute to the overall showroom operations and maintain an attractive presentation of furniture displays.
- Handle sales and customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Place orders with suppliers and coordinate deliveries with couriers.
- Generate and send customer invoices, utilizing Shopify for invoicing purposes.
- Proactively reach out to customers for reviews, ensuring a positive post-purchase experience.
- Address customer complaints with a focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage warranties and returns, facilitating a smooth process for customers.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of orders, including stock and freight coordination.
- Respond to customer sales, stock, and freight-related emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams as required.
- Oversee and manage the supporting staff
