MISURA is a small, Australian owned Designer Furniture business that was established in 2013. We are known for our unique product range that is sourced predominantly from Italy that we carefully curate for the Australian retail and industry clients and sell them through our stores in Sydney and Melbourne.

What the role is
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating and nurturing relationships with clients to familiarise them with the brand and our extensive product range (product training will be provided).
- Hire, develop and lead a sales team to achieve the showroom sales target.
- Build rapport with industry clients and foster those relationships through through trade events, appointments in both the store and outside the store.
- Be responsible for the showroom operations that is set by company policy to ensure the showroom is kept to the highest standard for both operations and the display.
- Processing sales in our online portal system and managing the ordering process from the beginning to the end.
- Work to individual and store targets
- Adhere to and promote our company culture
What we'd like you to have
- Experience in store management in a similar industry
- Excellent negotation skills
- Background in design would be preffered, but not essential
- A great attitude, willingness to learn and team player
- Ability to work an alternatis preferredng rosterng roster
- Demonstrated management skills
- Strong customer service skills

We're small and tightly knit team that looks always looks out for one another. We're looking for someone that gels with our company's values and company's vision to ensure the successful growth of our Sydney store.
The business is run by our own developed software, so we are looking for someone who will be keen and confident to learn and pick up a new systems and software.
