Working Fridays & Saturdays 9.30am - 4.30pm, and Sundays 11.00am - 3.00pm you would be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and expertise in the luxurious bedding showroom.
- Providing personalised recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure products are neatly displayed.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, organising paperwork and managing inventory.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
- Knowledge or interest in bedding and sleep products is a plus.
