This position requires a talented sales focused individual who has an analytical ability to take responsibility for customer engagement, kitchen and cabinetry design, quoting and contract development through to final sale. In addition, you will be able to engage in a friendly and professional manner when working with customers throughout the entire sales process, having strong negotiation skills and the ability to close the sale combined with effective management of after sales service.
Showroom Hours
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm (with RDO during the week)
Skills and Experience
- Sales focused postion - 50% sales, 30% process driven, 20% design
- Proven sales background in a related industry.
- Kitchen design experience a must
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with others.
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Ability to confidently negotiate quotes to Sales and beyond
- Well organised, excellent time management skills and effective working within a team environment.
- Strong Conversion from quotes to sales
