Our client is a leading supplier of premium bathroom and kitchen fixtures, dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. Their state-of-the-art showroom is a hub of inspiration for homeowners, designers, and contractors alike, showcasing the latest trends and innovations in bathroom and kitchen design.
Please note this role requires the successful candidate to work 4hrs on every second Saturday. An hourly rate will be negotiated on top of salary.
About the Role:
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the face of their brand, assisting customers in selecting the perfect fixtures and accessories for their projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert product knowledge and design advice to customers
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Generating sales through proactive customer engagement and follow-up
- Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen fixtures and trends is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- A passion for customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
