We are seeking a permanent full time Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team based in Surry Hills.
As a Showroom Sales Associate, your role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will focus on converting Showroom Sales and building a strong sales pipeline to consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Operations:
- Open and close the showroom in accordance with established schedules, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized showroom, ensuring all products and materials are updated and available.
- Collaborate with the sales, retail design and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Sales Excellence:
- Utilize strong sales acumen to effectively engage with potential customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and effective customer relationship management.
- Continuously build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through networking, follow-up, and proactive outreach efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service, expert product knowledge and attentive follow-up.
- Anticipate and address customer concerns or enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our company values and ethos in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- High level of organizations and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a tidy and well-presented showroom environment.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Flexibility for residential and commercial design, building strong relationships and creating and exceptional customer experience.
