We are seeking a permanent full time Showroom Sales Consultant/ Estimator to join our team based in Silverwater.
As a Showroom Sales Coordinator, your role extends beyond customer engagement and relationship building. Alongside these crucial tasks, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by handling estimating and entering quotes, while also managing client and administrative needs. Collaboration with colleagues is key, ensuring that all customer enquiries are swiftly addressed, and administrative duties are executed with precision and punctuality. Your teamwork skills will significantly contribute to our sales endeavors and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Operations:
- Open and close the showroom in accordance with established schedules, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized showroom, ensuring all products and materials are updated and available.
- Collaborate with the sales, retail design and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Sales Excellence:
- Utilize strong sales acumen to effectively engage with potential customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and effective customer relationship management.
- Continuously build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through networking, follow-up, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Provide sales support to the team by sharing best practices, collaborating on sales strategies and offering guidance and assistance as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service, expert product knowledge and attentive follow-up.
- Anticipate and address customer concerns or enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our company values and ethos in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- High level of organizations and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a tidy and well-presented showroom environment.
- Flexibility for residential and commercial design, building strong relationships and creating and exceptional customer experience.
