Monadelphous are currently seeking a Project Coordinator (Shutdown Coordinator) to join our Heavy Lift team.

PROJECT COORDINATOR / SHUTDOWN COORDINATOR
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks across a variety of shutdown projects including:
- Being the point of contact for the overall shutdown to the client and internal team members
- Driving the shutdown readiness process including crane maps, gantts, labour and crane allocations and lift studies
- Scoping jobs and communication of detailed plans to the onsite teams
- Liaising with multiple personnel both on site and office based e.g. planning, administration, safety, and mobilisation teams
- Coordination of all supervisors and HSE advisors during shutdown execution
What you will bring
- Experienced with planning and preparing cranes and lifting operations
- Experienced working on Construction and Maintenance projects
- Demonstrated experience that cranes and lifting operations are planned in line with site procedures and site hazards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Proof of right to work in Australia
