Our federal government client is on the lookout for an experienced SIAM Bundle Lead. You will be responsible for contribution to the Department’s future Service Integration and Management approach and leading any subsequent approaches to market for these services. The SIAM Bundle Lead will lead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assigned outcomes.
About the role:
- Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and the Program Office Lead in defining, scoping and managing the delivery of assigned outcomes.
- Work closely with the EL2 Director in ensuring appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existing IT service management teams.
- Ensure that the Department’s future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop any approach to market documentation for SIAM.
- Undertake, as necessary, research and investigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models.
Experience to succeed in this role:
- Significant demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Significant demonstrated experience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.
- Demonstrated experience with service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to identify gaps in strategy, delivery, and capability, resolve complex issues and seek consensus.
Location and Contract Term
This role is being offered to those in Canberra, ACT. Initial contract for 12months and high chance to be extended.
Security Requirements
Our Government Client require applicants to be Australian citizen and successful candidates will be required to must have a Baseline security clearance and maintain a clearance at this level.
Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
