The Role:
The successful SIAM Bundle Lead and SIAM SME will have a strong understanding of multi-vendor ICT operating models, contemporary development and service delivery frameworks and models, and contemporary service management toolsets and solutions.
SIAM Bundle Lead

• Experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
• Experience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.
• Experience with service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to identify gaps in strategy, delivery, and capability, resolve complex issues and seek consensus.
• The ability to lead relevant workshops and technical discussions to produce a consensus view or outcome.

SIAM SME

• Experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
• Experience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environment, including within Government.
• Experience with service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
