AddressFindstaff are seeking forklift operators to join our client based in St Marys who specialise in Timber. Long term, Permanent opportunity granted after 3-6 months!
*** Must be willing to undergo a Police check, preemployment medical check and Drug and Alcohol testing****
Hours and Rate:
8am-4pm Monday-Friday
$35.00ph
Duties and Responsibilties:
- Operating a sideloaderforklift - majority of the day
- Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Container unloads.
- Following order sheets and packing
- Working as part of a team.
- Operating the pack cutting machine
- Monitoring yard stock levels
- Packing, Wrapping and Strapping timber
- General housekeeping and maintenance of your work space.
About you
- Experience working in a timber yard or similar environment.
- Hold a valid forklift licence (2 years experience)
- Safety conscious with the ability to adhere to OH&S procedures.
- Wilingness to work overtime.
- Willing to learn and undergo training.
- Be physically fit and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical prior to full time employment.
