About the opportunity

This position is for a Qualified Signage Production & installation role which includes various signage skills including metal fabrication, spray painting, laser cutting, print, assembly, construction, installation and general signage specific skills like vinyl application, LED electrical etc. We provide training and support to develop signage and other related skills.
The successful candidate requires the following key attributes:
- Fully qualified with industry certificate

- Flexibility in working hours (all over time rates included)
- MIN 3 years signage and/or general construction/installation trade-based experience is critical.
- A willingness to learn & develop new skills and work systems & processes.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, responsibility and work as part of a team
- Excellent communicator - verbal & written communication.
- Current Australian Manual Drivers Lic. & White Card, EWP Preferred. We provided all appropriate training and certification.

- Few times a month we have early starts and late finishes or night installs that include all over time rates

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Operate various production equipment, laminator, vinyl application table, vinyl wrapping, welding, laser cutter, spray painting/booth
- Complete finishing tasks such as laminating and mounting printed pieces.
- Ensure quality by reviewing work orders and inspecting material assembly/fabrication.
- Communicate with production team members for collaboration, timing, feedback, and quality control.
- Maintain consistent production rates, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical codes.
- Follow safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in sign and graphic fabrication.
- Understanding of signage substrates, materials, hardware, and fabrication techniques.
- Appreciation of all stages of sign production, particularly fabrication and finishing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Vinyl installations on vehicle, walls and substraits
- Australian manual driver's license and Construction Industry White Card.
- Physical fitness, ability to stand for extended periods, lifting and installing of finished signage and graphics
- Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Have motivation to be responsible for your work, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn and be part of a great team.
