Signage Production & Signwriter

MSC Signs manufactures and supplies to  National retail and Pharmacy brands and other signage companies. Working from our Blackburn office,  this role requires strong skills using large format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators and application tables. If you love working with flatbeds, routers, Lazor cutters and all the Mod Cons - we have them!

Signage Skill Requirements:

• Previous experience in sign production essential
• Use of Digital printers and laminators
• Montage preparation / Layouts
• Knowledge of substrates and installation techniques
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and rip software(PC-based)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Time management skills, ability to schedule jobs & ensure deadlines are met
• Some Vehicle wrapping experience or a good knowledge of setting up files for wrapping

Tasks:

• Liaising with Clients, Project Managers, Installation team
• Prepare layouts for client approval 
• Preparing print files for production and fabrication 
• Signage Prep and Production including printing, laminating, mounting 
• Conducting site surveys where required.
