About the role:
Goodline require a Site Access and Department Administrator to join our Port Hedland team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative side of each trade department is running efficiently by supporting the department superintendent in their daily duties. Duties include:
- Monitoring and updating employee training and qualifications
- Maintenance of qualification matrices
- Coordination of flights and accommodation for our FIFO teams
- Reviewing of works in progress and closing out outstanding jobs in a timely manner
- Tracking and delivery of material purchases
- Maintaining the superintendent schedule
- Attending and minuting meetings
About you:
You will be a strong and dynamic leader who is self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of administration delivery. You will have demonstrated experience in managing a team with the ability to create and maintain a safe and inclusive culture. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional time management with an ability to effectively prioritise multi tasks within set deadlines. You will be detail orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
