Your new company
An exciting new opportunity has been created for an Administrator or Administration Officer to join a national construction company due to growth. Boasting great team and company culture, this company has very low turnover and is highly invested in internal progression.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assist customers, be the primary contact for all phone and email queries
- Process invoices
- Data entry of timesheets for employees
- Assist with accounts administration and quotes for projects
- Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies
- Assist project managers with preparing reports
Who you are?
- Previous administration experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong MS Office capabilities and the ability to learn new systems
- Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a fast paced role, able to prioritise work and demonstrate adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
