You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities throughout the mine, including purchasing activities and SAP operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, accurate data management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:Purchasing:

• Manage and coordinate purchasing activities for the mine site.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases and related documentation.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and filing systems related to purchasing and SAP operations.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with site operations to align with operational requirements and budget constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in SAP software from a purchasing perspective
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
