As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Collie BESS team.

About the role
The location will be the Collie project site
The Site Administrator is responsible for providing professional administration support in the day-to-day operations as required on the project.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate visitor travel, accommodation, and site access
- Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes, and internal support material
- Maintaining site roster
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory, and storage
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
Your skills and experience:
- Previous site-based experience preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management.
- Strong computer skills with intermediate-advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Well-developed organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
