On behalf of Chevron Australia, Brunel is looking for a Site Admin Assistant to join their team in their Perth office on a 12 month contract.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communication (internal / external)
- Event Management for internal and external stakeholders
- Set up of group meetings / peer reviews / town halls)
- Service Request support using GEP (create, update, close out)
- Purchase Request support using GEP
- Kulbardi Portal ordering for all office stationery
- DCOM Portal ordering for all site-based PPE
- Onboarding / offboarding employees, contractors, secondees including internal moves
- Office management: including office allocation, stationery, supplies & equipment support
- Floor wardens
- Digital support
- Microsoft suite support
- Assist with coordinating office seating plans within department and provide support to facilitate personnel moves.
- Document approvals: Coordinate the flow of all documents for approval / signature, including meeting notes & briefing materials.
- Manage induction process for new employees and contractors (including office logistics, access, equipment, building induction etc.
- Assist with site travel processes using the INX system.
- Mobilisation
- Roster support
- Travel booking
- High attention to detail and confidentiality required due to the sensitive nature of documentation and information that is managed by the Department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this position will interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work autonomously or in a team environment and support the additional team members.
- Adaptable and flexible to last minute changes, requests as well as identifying process improvements for implementation across the Admin Team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
