About the role:
Durack are looking for a Site Administrator to work on a number of Civil Construction Projects remotely from the Gold Coast Office.
For the right candidate this could be school based hours!
The Site Administrator will work in a team environment and will be working alongside a team of engineers and supervisors assisting in a broad range of tasks involving the management of accounts and costings of the project, travel bookings and quality control.
Main duties of this role include:
- Support the project management team in the delivery of general administration duties
- Organise travel and accommodation bookings
- Entering dockets and reconciling invoices
- Invoice processing and filing of documentation
- Management of material usage and cost tracking
- Assistance with Quality Assurance and document control processes
- Assistance with variation tracking and correspondence
- Coordinate all document control activities in accordance with project specific procedures
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
Skills & Experience - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Have attention to detail, show initiative and a can do attitude
- Be highly driven and can manage own time and tasks
- Hold a current manual driver’s license (no restrictions) and a general construction white card.
- Experience in civil project administration highly desirable
- You will be required to have a high level of computer literacy and familiarisation of android tablets and digital photography equipment
- Experience with excel and Xero highly desirable
