We're seeking a Site Administrator to join and support our team on-site and ensure the smooth operation and success of our new project site located in Mount Isa.
This is a Casual role and will see you working 5 days on site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project manager in all administrative functions and processes
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Prepare and provide documentation to Project Manager, Team and key stakeholders
- Measure and report on project performance
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
- Organise travel, accommodation and mobilisation requirements for the Project Manager, Team, Sub Contractors
- Prepare, organise and distribute all necessary project materials
- Assist with collation and submission of project employee timesheets prior to deadline
- Keeping up to date on compliance regulations
- Asisst with any adhoc tasks as required
Qualifications and skills:
- Prior expeierence working as Site Administrator
- Construction White Card
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate computer literacy and experience with MS Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- effetive interpersonal skills and ability to liase with and work with multiple stakeholders
- Drivers License
- Willing to undertake a pre employment medical
