Mickala are seeking an experienced site-based Administrator for an immediate start for our client near Glenden.
AdministratorReporting directly to the Civil and Rehabilitation Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Technical and Administrative Support: Deliver technical and administrative support to ensure the business operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness. This includes managing documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Support to Leadership: Assist the Civil and Rehabilitation Area Manager, Superintendents, and Supervisors in achieving project goals by providing reliable support that enhances decision-making and operational flow.
- Professional and Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Continuously seek professional development opportunities to better support the team and contribute to project outcomes.
- Safety, Environmental, and Cost Awareness: Approach all tasks with a mindful consideration of their safety, environmental, and cost implications, ensuring all activities align with Glencore’s standards and compliance requirements.
