FCC Construction may be relatively new to Australia, but with a presence in over 25 countries and 120 years' experience internationally, we’re far from new to the industry.
We’re really proud of the highly cohesive team we’ve built in Australia so far and are now looking to add several new team members to it to further support and drive our ongoing growth. The role
This role combines aspects of office management and broader administrative tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Engineers, Supervisors and the broader team with administrative tasks
- Welcoming guests and assisting with reception tasks on an ad-hoc basis
- Making and receiving orders (i.e. milk, fruit, stationery etc.)
- Electronic filing, scanning & data entry
- Incoming & outgoing mail distribution
- Keeping site office areas clean and tidy
- Monitoring & ordering of stationery, toner etc.
- Ensuring printers/copiers are working and fully stocked
- Maintain HSE recording systems and registers.
To value-add, it's important you have a proactive "can do" attitude and look to take the initiative to get involved with ad-hoc tasks and proactively seek additional work.

Competencies we're seeking:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional presentation
- Ideally a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Welcoming and engaging disposition
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Intermediate computer skills (word, excel and outlook)
- Minimum 5 years administration or customer service experience
- Willingness to learn new systems and take on any tasks that may be required
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred, however not essential.
- White Card (or be willing to obtain prior to starting)
