NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd is an Australian gold explorer, developer, and producer since 2009. Located southwest of Townsville, the Pajingo mine is around 50km from Charters Towers and employs approximately 250 people to run the underground mining, open cut, and ore processing operations. Charters Towers is close to Townsville and the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef, and it offers all the facilities you would expect in a large regional town.
To support us on our journey, we are seeking to recruit a Site Administrator to join our busy team.
Brief Role Summary:
The Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring effective administration support is provided including managing travel, rosters, payroll documentation, accounts documentation, and reporting requirements.
About you:
General computer skills
Intermediate user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Current “C” Class Drivers Licence
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years administration experience
Previous experience working on mine sites
Experience with coordination of travel arrangements
Experience with Pronto system or similar accounting program
Experience with Skytrust or similar HSET software
Experience with INX system or similar program
Desirable:
Experience working in a remote location
Experience overseeing camp accommodation contracts
Experience managing company-owned housing
