Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Site Administrator. This position is a full-time permanent role based in Darwin.
What you will be doing
• Provide high quality administrative support.
• Complete general administration including but not limited to assisting with PPE, processing site documents, payroll queries, and time sheeting.
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stake holders.
• Assist with all aspects of on-boarding and mobilisation of new employees.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence.
• Organising catering, room and presentation set up and support.

What you will bring
• Administration skills with a high level of organisation
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite
• The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
