The Site Engineer will support our project managers and site supervisors in the planning, monitoring and surveillance of construction progress and assist with the rapid resolution of site queries to ensure efficient delivery. The role will have considerable scope for growth and development with increasing project management responsibilities for a candidate who demonstrates an aptitude.
The key skills, experiences and personality traits you have will include:

- A civil, mechanical or chemical engineering degree or an equivalent combination of formal qualifications and experience

- A proven ability to work independently as a ‘self starter’ and drive to own tasks and run problems to the ground.
In return Waternish will provide a permanent position with a wide range of professional development prospects within our agile, safe and solutions-focused company. This will enable you to display your passion for the design and delivery of water infrastructure, whilst receiving an attractive remuneration and career development and advancement opportunities within our project delivery team. We provide an environment and culture of technical rigour, pride in what we hand over, and drive to deliver which provides high personal growth and job satisfaction through project and role diversity, varied exposure, and personal responsibility.
