Site Engineer / Project Engineer

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects across the Moreton Bay Region.  You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.

You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

You will play an integral part in the team, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other site personnel to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
• Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
• Cost management and reporting
• Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
• Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
• Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
• Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements

About you

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to establish strong working relationships
