- Lead the implementation of QA documentation and processes
- Assist in managing implementation of ITP's and checklists
- Assist others to meet project objectives and actively contribute skills, ideas and experience to enhance results in work-based team activities
- Programming - Developing, revising and communicating four week's look ahead program to your team, working with project manager to status the master program
- Interface and liaise with contractors and sub-contractors
- Provide feedback to all site team through the ongoing monitoring of safety on site / site communication
- Strong commitment to safety throughout the project
- Experience Marine infrastructure projects experience
- Experience in the following projects - wharves, jetties, offshore pipelines, bridges over water, Piling/drilling - heavy lifting/industrial and/or other marine based complex structures - Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong commitment to safety
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Competent at Identifying complex problems and provide solutions
- Australian recognised Engineering degree / Construction Management
- For the Site Engineer: a minimum of 2-3 years previous hands-on experience is required
- Proven people management experience
- Relevant qualification or hands on experience
- Experience working in the Marine infrastructure (jetties, wharves, offshore pipeline, heavy lifting/industrial projects) is essential
