YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to an internal promotion in the business, we are looking for a dynamic Site facilitator to join our team based in Canning Vale WA. This is a great opportunity that will see you travelling onsite and you will provide an exceptional level of service to all our customers.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures
- Provide face to face customer support at customer sites
- Travelling to multiple customer sites for extended periods (2-3weeks) per shutdown
- Maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met
- Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements
- Customer service or retail experience with warehousing knowledge an advantage
- A very strong commitment to safety
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability
- Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s vehicle license is essential as you will be travelling to sites
- Knowledge of Iron Ore and Oil and Gas industry
