We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Facilities Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for the effective delivery of Hard and Soft services for the specific sites that they are directly responsible for e.g. Northmead/North Sydney, Richlands, Moorabbin functions associated with the CCEP contract.
The role will be the face of Downer dealing directly with our clients and meeting the needs of the State Facilities Manager, responsible for the high-quality maintenance of our docket management systems and Subcontractor compliance.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Effectively managing the demands of the client.
- Deciphering calls for work to be carried out and decisions upon work priorities for work requests.
- Liaison with Builders & Building Management and approving Subcontractor invoicing & Invoicing to the Client.
- Maintain strict purchase order and docket management, while ensuring strict Service Delivery Partner Compliance on paperwork and claims.
- Update Contract documents such as Contract Management Plans/stake holder management plans.
- Represent Downer as a professional, responsive and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of the contract.
What you’ll bring
- Must have high level experience in facilities management managing service delivery partners who deliver hard and soft service.
- Minimum intermediate standard of all Microsoft Office suites required.
- Experience dealing with computerised maintenance systems highly desirable.
- Highly motivated focus on customer stakeholder management and service delivery partner management.
- Diploma of front line management, trade background preferred.
