This could be defects, finishes or structural elements. Reporting to a Site Manager, you will have solid experience with the criteria below: Requirements: Scheduling works, Managing sub contractors and trades All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards Manage project budgets and site team hours Technical support, direction and advisory. The Opportunity: Working for a known Builder on projects between $80M-$200M Reporting directly to the Snr project Manager of the business. Salary toward $200k package Long term permanent opportunity Sydney based business, national projects.
