This opportunity is truly exciting, this company is able to provide over 5 years of projects on the Sunshine Coast completing a range of projects from luxury multi res, childcare, health, retail and large development. The initial project will be a $15M health project.
Duties:
- Management and coordination of sub-contractors
- Implementation of OH&S policies
- Ensuring the project is delivered to program and time-line
- Responsible for site logistics, equipment and deliveries
- Liaison with Project Management and full site team
- Project to achieve the standard of quality agreed with the client
What you will need:
- Strong past tenures with previous construction companies within multi res development
- Delivered from start to finish projects valued over $10M
- Experience with Tier 1 or 2 builders
- Be a driven and motivated Site Manager who is able to meet deadlines and work within a team
- QBCC Licence
