The Role
Due to their continued success our client is looking for a new Site Manager for the team. This Site Manager is being hired for an $18m Sports Club Refurbishment in Rockhampton.
This role will suit and experienced head that enjoys the challenge and autonomy of work on regional projects.
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for the safe delivery of the project on time, to budget and with the highest level of quality.
You will be responsible for short and mid-range programming and driving productivity on site. You will manage workplace health and safety and the quality processes (ITP’s and Hold Points). You will use Procore for document management, safety and quality and MSP/Excel for programming.
About You
This role will suit someone that is based in Rockhampton or someone who enjoys consistently working away from home, this is not a one project opportunity.
You will have a QBCC Site Supervisors License and 10 + Years experience as a Site Manager
You will ideally have experience building projects in the Education and Hospitality sectors. You will understand the technically challenging nature of the projects in this space and enjoy them.
You will like a balance of autonomy and teamwork and be used to working with the latest processes and systems associated with commercial construction.

In return you will receive a market leading salary of up to $170k + Super + Accommodation + Food Allowance and a generous project completion bonus of between $10k - $20k.
