The Role:
Lendlease have an opportunity within our Construction business, for a Site Manager to oversee the final stages of an ongoing Solar project in Darwin. Based on site at Robertson Barracks, just outside of Darwin, you will be responsible for managing completion and closeout for the final construction processes, including planning, procurement, managing subcontractors, and taking ownership of safety and compliance on site.
To be successful you will bring:
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor/Foreman with a reputable company. Trade and/or Building Construction qualifications will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience delivering major building, and/or infrastructure projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budget.
Strong communications, leadership and influencing skills, all key when dealing with several internal and external stakeholders.
A methodical, and detail-oriented approach, with strong planning skills.
A passion for safety, and ability to drive compliance with safety processes onsite.
Be a self-starter and take ownership of the project.
Current Drivers Licence and ability to pass a Police Check.
