Due to continued growth within the business our client is seeking a highly organised, motivated, and confident Site Manager to join their team.
About the Role:
- Manage a variety of Perth fit-out projects ranging from $500k - $2M.
- oversee all operations on site.
- Review project plans and specifications of building design.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules.
- maintain clean and safe sites.
- Site Manager/Supervisory fit out projects experience is a MUST – min 2 years’ experience.
- Relevant qualifications in trade project, Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
- Demonstratable track record of project planning.
- Capabilities to understand Fit out projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible in team environments and able to work autonomously.
