Maxima is an Australia-wide not-for-profit community organisation and NDIS Provider. We operate on the ground in more than 70 locations across Australia, working towards a more inclusive Australia by supporting people into meaningful employment and providing better opportunities for economic and community participation.
The role of Site Manager, is fixed-term, full-time and based from our Port Adelaide office.
As Site Manager, you will:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations and lead the team to achieve outcomes and KPI’s by;
- Ensuring staff are progressing DES customers towards and into employment
- Maintaining compliance with contractual requirements for the services delivered to DES customers
- Ensuring NDIS staff are actively marketing NDIS services and reaching billable targets
- Managing site budgets in conjunction with the Business Manager
- Overseeing the day-to-day HR functions for the site including staff attendance and annual leave
- Conducting performance assessments and implement training, coaching and mentoring
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Regularly conducting quality audits to meet contractual requirements
- Ensuring all payment claims are correct and processed in a timely manner
- Attending key operational meetings as required
- Delivering site level performance and reporting of placements and outcomes
- Attainment of budgeted financial performance
What do you need to bring to this role?
- Management experience, ideally within the Employment Services industry
- Knowledge of NDIS policy and framework (desirable)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a team-first mentality
- An in-depth knowledge of employment services, the relevant contractual requirements and the current labour market (desirable)
- Experience in delivering quality customer service in a sometimes-challenging environment
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide audience
- Ability to work with individuals and groups whilst retaining a focus on achieving business targets and outcomes
- Enthusiasm, confidence and with a positive approach.
- The ability to laugh and have fun whilst focusing on driving your sites to achieving their targets!
