Site Manager

They are seeking a Site Manager with extensive fitout and refurbishement experience to commence on a $40M project. They have some exciting projects in the pipeline and they support their teams by staffing their projects accordingly.

YOUR Role as Site Manager 

• Site coordination of Trades/Sub-Contractors and Labour on site.
• Prepare Site Programme and ensure the operational works are on  target and in accorance with relevant plans, spcifications, scopes, codes and regulations.
• Deal with issues raised throughout the day's work, ensuring they are dealt with to achieve continuity on site.
• Management of Workplace, Health & Safety policies onsite, ensuring Quality Assurance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordination of project logistics, material delivery and resource allocation.
• Strong level of communication with Project Team, Site Foreman, Trades and Subcontractors.

YOUR Experience

• At least 5+ years recent experience as a Site Manager with the ability to manage a team of Foreman.
• Have extensive fitout and refurbishment experience with the abilty to deliver projects above $20M + ideally across commerical projects.
• Come from a Trade background (Carpentry ideally).
• Ability to organise the methodology and programme of works.
• OH&S, conducting safety inspections and co-chairing toolbox meetings.
• Current Senior First aid certificate, QBCC Open Supervisors licence.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Must be IT Savvy and have the ability to undertake programming.
