Site Manager

Main duties:

• Taking care of the overall site management, coordinating the staging plan, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays within budget & schedule.
• Oversee the on-site trades, making sure they adhere to the building process and schedule, while prioritizing safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Handling of the scheduling of trades and suppliers to keep the project moving forward according to plan.
• To prioritize safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Keeping paperwork organized, planning ahead, and providing necessary reports.

Skills/Experience/Qualification requirements:

• Cert 4 in building and construction or higher and a site supervisor or building licence (Low-rise).
• 3+ Years experience in a similar role.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Sound ability to work with platforms/information management systems.
• Very high communication skills.
• The capability to build rapport across all levels of the business.
• Bring a positive and constructive attitude to the work place with a strong work ethic.
