We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major construction project valued at approximately $30M in North Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile project and drive successful outcomes for our client’s company and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Manage a diverse team of professionals and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Solve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects over $20M.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
