Tiwi Islands and Training Employment Board is the CDP provider for the TIWI Islands. We aim to develop business and employment opportunities for TIWI's within the context of TIWI culture.
The CDP Site Manager is responsible for providing leadership of Employment and Job Trial Services at the TITEB Milikapiti site. Ensuring quality services to Job Seekers and employers in accordance with the CDP contractual obligations. The CDP Site Manager collaborates both services to maximise outcomes both for the community and for the individual participants of the program.
The position requires relevant recent experience in the Community Development Programme.

SELECTION CRITERIA1. At least 5 years’ experience in employment services in remote service delivery or a similar setting
2. Leadership skills and the ability to support, train, influence and motivate a team.
3. Excellent knowledge of the Community Development Program contractual requirements and guidelines.
4. Highly technical ability in the Employment Services Community Network (ECSN) and ability to transfer
Technical knowledge to other team members
5. Current NT Ochre card or ability to obtain
6. Ability to implement high work standards
7. The willingness to discuss sensitive issues and facilitate problem solving
8. Undertake relevant training/development, both for the CDP and for increasing leadership skills
9. Prior experience working and living in a remote community
10. NT Current Drivers Licence or the ability to obtain
11. Able to demonstrate cultural competency working with local Indigenous people.
Desirable1. Qualifications in Employment Services or Community Services
