As Unmanned Site Manager, you will be a subject matter expert on fuel station operations, and will manage our commitment to safe work practices.
Ideally, you will have Service Station Management experience.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular site visits, audits, and spot checks of unstaffed sites nationwide, to ensure optimal safety, performance and compliance
- Examining day-sheets to ensure sites are performing to expected standards
- Acting as the primary contact for management of the fuel analysis system (providing support on weekends if required)
- Liaising with the Pump Repair Department for repairs and maintenance; ensuring repairs and maintenance are logged and managed to completion
- Viewing and analysing fuel variances for leaks, losses, tank and line integrity etc.
- Review of fuel pricing and signage for all Unmanned Sites
- Monthly sales and fuel reporting; fuel reconciliation of daily sales
- Liaising with and managing Caretakers to ensure unstaffed sites are in full working order, and are presented in line with company policies and procedures
You will need:
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in multisite fuel or retail outlets; a background in compliance or analytics would be advantageous
- Ability to travel regularly to remote locations throughout Australia
- Valid Driver’s Licence
